Our mission:
Safe sleep in the simplest form.
We increase health and well-being of infants and children across socio-economic lines through Portable Alternative Cribs (P.A.Cs).
We increase health and well-being of infants and children across socio-economic lines through Portable Alternative Cribs (P.A.Cs).
We distribute P.A.Cs - certified, simple baby boxes with padding at the bottom that serves as a safe sleeping space for an infant. For each P.A.C purchased, one is given to a family in need.
We provide families with information on best practices for safe sleep and infant and child care. We also provide "train the trainer workshops" for organizations with safe sleep & child care initiatives.
We host family oriented events every year that focus on teaching young bodies, young minds and young lives that promote safe sleep, physical fitness & equip families with essential resources.

We want to make sure that no infant dies because of an unsafe sleeping space. Parents and caregivers need essential tools to ensure the reduction of death due to SIDS. We recognize that each touch point with an infant is an opportunity to save a life. That's why we educate everyone from the youngest member of the family to the eldest about best practices for infant and child care. We also collect data to generate evidence around the use of the P.A.C as a safe sleeping space.
Since April 2017, 35,000+ babies in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Cecil County, Charles County, Dorchester County, Harford County & Frederick County are sleeping in P.A.Cs.
To date, ALL of them are alive & thriving!
We've partnered with various community-based organizations, schools and healthcare facilities to offer education, training and to distribute P.A.Cs to families in need.
In one short year since implementation of our programs, we have raised over $110,000 that has gone towards the distribution of P.A.Cs and evaluating their impact as safe sleeping spaces.
